THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into on , 20 , by and between University of Tennessee Chattanooga (“UTC”) and Cleveland State Community College (“CLSCC”). The parties desire to enter into this agreement pursuant to which students participate in a program designed to assist students in obtaining an associate’s degree and progress directly to a bachelor’s degree program according to the terms contained in this Agreement.
