This TAX ABATEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between EL PASO COUNTY, TEXAS (the “County”), a political subdivision of the State of Texas, and WURLDWIDE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company”). The County and the Company are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”.
