THIS AGREEMENT (“this Contract” or “this Agreement”) is made and entered into in triplicate this 23rd day of JANUARY, 2024, by and among the City of Morro Bay, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “City” and Ramsey Asphalt Construction Corp., hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”.
