Additionally, the Client(s) agree to pay $300 refundable security deposit directly to Atelier 1879 Event LLC 10 days prior to the even which is returned (within 3 days of the event date) if there is no damage, excessive cleaning or loss to the premises, and if all venue rules have been followed. The client(s) are financially responsible for damages that exceed the security deposit amount.
