SIDE LETTER BETWEEN LAMC AND AGMASide Letter • December 12th, 2023
The Los Angeles Master Chorale Association (EMPLOYER) and the American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA) hereby agree that with respect to the MUSIC TO ACCOMPANY A DEPARTURE PROJECT (MTAD), more specifically defined herein, the terms and conditions of the 2023 - 2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement (AGREEMENT) between AGMA and the Los Angeles Master Chorale shall apply to STAGE MANAGERS engaged by EMPLOYER, unless expressly modified herein. The following express terms and conditions shall be applicable to MTAD and shall supersede and take precedence over any conflicting provisions in the COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT.
