This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of May 23, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), between Emergency Networks, LLC (“Emergency”), a limited Liability company organized under the laws of the State of Colorado, with offices at 10300 6th Avenue North, Plymouth, MN 55441 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 125 High Street - Oliver Tower, 7th Floor, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and Emergency may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
