THIS AGREEMENT is made BETWEEN British Swimming Limited of Pavilion 3, SportPark, 3 Oakwood Drive, Loughborough University, Leicestershire LE11 3QF (hereinafter referred to as “British Swimming”) and any person who by virtue of their acceptance of an offer of selection agrees to become a member of any Great Britain team in any of the disciplines of the sport of swimming (hereinafter referred to as the “Team Member”).
