Extension Amendment For Niche.com Services As of the Extension Effective Date provided below, this document (the “Extension”) serves as an amendment to renew, extend, and/or add Services to the Agreement between the customer identified above (“Customer”) and Niche.com, Inc. (“Niche”), dated as of 04/01/2020, including any prior amendments thereto (collectively, the “Agreement”). The Extension includes the Services described below commencing on the Extension Effective Date.Except as expressly amended by the Extension, all of the terms and provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, apply to the Services listed below, and are hereby ratified and confirmed in every respect.
