The purpose of this agenda item is to consider the 2019 service agreement between the CLFLWD and Blue Water Science. The main body of the contract is similar to previous years’ and follows the District’s standard template for service agreements, with input from legal counsel. District staff requested a quote for the items listed in Attachment A. These items were requested based on what is in the 2019 budget and information gathered from 2018 activities.
