This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you and Riceland Foods, Inc. (“Riceland” or “Company”). This Agreement governs your use of the Bushel App and the Bushel Trade functionality of the Bushel App which is accessed, utilized, or made available through Riceland, its Affiliates, and any of Riceland’s software partners through whom Riceland is or may be licensing the Bushel App and related software and services (the “Services”). This Terms of Use Agreement is hereby incorporated into the Riceland Membership Agreement, Marketing Agreement, and any other agreements you have or may hereinafter sign with Riceland Foods, Inc., and governs use of the Services.
