Effective as of the first day of March 2024 by and between Centricity, a Virginia corporation with offices located at 11790 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite T-100, Reston, Virginia 20191, and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Inc.® (FCCLA®), an association with offices located at 13241 Woodland Park Road, Herndon, Virginia 20171, Centricity is to serve as the official and authorized emblematic supplier of merchandise incorporating the intellectual property of FCCLA.
