Texas A&M University-Commerce, a member of the Texas A&M University System, an Agency of the State of Texas (herein called the “University”) and Boles ISD (“ISD” or “School District”), a Texas charter school district, on behalf of Boles High School (“High School”). The High School and College may hereafter be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
