Effective as of January 1, 20216, between the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (“NERC”), an organization certified by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“Commission”) pursuant to Section 215(c) of the Federal Power Act to establish and enforce Reliability Standards for the Bulk-Power System, and the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (“WECC”), an organization established to develop and enforce Reliability Standards within the geographic boundaries described in Exhibit A to this Agreement, and for other purposes. NERC and WECC may be individually referred to herein as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
