This agreement (the "Agreement") is made on the day of 2024 by and between the City of Westwood, Kansas, a Municipal Corporation (hereinafter "Westwood"), and the City of Westwood Hills, Kansas, a Municipal Corporation (hereinafter "Westwood Hills") (collectively referred to as "Cities").
