This AGREEMENT is entered into this 1st day of December, 2019, by and between the County Board, Auditor, Coroner, County Clerk, Recorder, Treasurer, State's Attorney, and Supervisor of Assessments of the County of Vermilion, hereinafter referred to jointly and collectively as the "Employer" and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local #21, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Union".
