Should an arbitration board find that an employee has been unjustly discharged, suspended or otherwise disciplined, he shall be immediately reinstated to his old job or another job he can do with full seniority rights and he shall be compensated for all time lost at his regular rate of pay or granted such lesser compensation as the arbitration board may deem fair under the circumstances.
