This Interconnection and Resale Agreement (the “Agreement”), entered into this 12th day of October, 2001, is entered into by and between SBC Telecom, Inc. (“SBCT”) and Nevada Division of Central Telephone Company d/b/a Sprint of Nevada (“Sprint”) to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection, local resale, and purchase of unbundled network elements (individually referred to as the “Service” or collectively as the “Services”).
