This Access License Agreement (“License”) is dated for reference purposes this day of , 20 (“Effective Date”) by and between 2176 Kittredge L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (“Licensor”), as the owner of certain property in the City of Berkeley, County of Alameda, State of California commonly known as 2150-2176 Kittredge Street (the “Kittredge Parcel”) and Berkeley Lodge No. 270, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, a California nonprofit corporation (“Licensee”), as the owner of certain property in the City of Berkeley, County of Alameda, State of California commonly known as 2288 Fulton Street (“Fulton Parcel”).
