This agreement sets out the terms and conditions on which wireless internet access (“the Service”) is provided to you, a guest/customer of Dawn Mountains, inclusive of any parent or partner companies (“us”) in consideration for your custom, your agreement to these terms and conditions and your agreement to allow us to send to you by e-mail our promotional and marketing material.
