Terms of Agreement:Investment Management Agreement • February 28th, 2023
WHEREAS the Client desires to engage DIGITAL CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC DBA Digital Capital Partners or DCP in this agreement (the “Cryptocurrency Trading Partner”) as its Cryptocurrency Trading Advisor to operate the investment program described in the Cryptocurrency Trading Advisor’s Disclosure Document under the Cryptocurrency Trading Advisor’s supervision; and, WHEREAS the Cryptocurrency Trading Advisor desires to accept the appointment from the Client as a member of the Limited Partnership NOW THEREFORE IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS CONTAINED HEREIN, and for other valuable consideration, the parties hereto agree as follows:
