This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of TrustLayer’s Master Services Agreement (which can be found at https://trustlayer.co.uk/legal-policy/) and is applicable to the Customer’s use of the Service(s) and reflects the Parties agreement with respect to the processing of Personal Data. Capitilised terms not otherwise defined in this DPA will have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Master Services Agreement.
