This Public Benefits Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into this 6th ______day of JuneMarch, 2022 by and between WALNUT CAPITAL ACQUISITIONS, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation (“Walnut”), which has a business address of 5500 Walnut Street, Suite 300, Pittsburgh, PA 15232 and THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH, a Municipal corporation (“City”), which has a business address of 414 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 (Walnut and the City are collectively referred to herein as “Parties”).
