ContractUser Fee Agreement • October 14th, 2024
A User fee agreement has been in place with Nibley and Wellsville cities since 1996. This agreement allows residents to obtain a library card at the Hyrum Library with no restrictions. In 2018 the User fee for both of these two cities increased from $35.00 to $40.00 with $1.00 increase per year after. Currently both cities have been billed $44.00 for the 2024/2025 fiscal year.
