THE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION ("Receiving Agency" or the "System Agency") and THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN State Agency Number 721 ("Performing Agency"), each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties," enter into the following contract for Texas Targeted Opioid Response (TTOR) Grant Program services (the "Contract") pursuant to the provisions of "The Interagency Cooperation Act," Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
