This Commercial Electricity Service Agreement, including all of the Attachments, Schedules, and Exhibits, which are attached and incorporated (collectively, the “Agreement”), is entered into between Gexa Energy, LP (“Gexa”), a Texas limited partnership, and City of Hutto (“Customer”). Gexa and Customer may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
