THIS INSTALLMENT PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of February 1, 2009 (the “Installment Purchase Agreement”), between the ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY, a joint powers authority organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”), as seller, and the CITY OF ANAHEIM, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), as purchaser.
