This MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (“MSA” or “Agreement”) shall begin on the Effective Date, as defined in Section 2 below, by and between the Board of Education of the West Clermont Local School District (“WCLSD”), a public school district under the laws of the State of Ohio and PLACE VENDOR NAME HERE, having its principal place of business at PLACE VENDOR ADDRESS HERE. (“Company”).
