BE IT RESOLVED that the Allegan County Board of Commissioners hereby approves to renew a one-year agreement with Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority (MMRMA) for property and liability insurance with a Coverage Per Member cost of $503,190 per the attached coverage proposal; and
