This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of February 13, 2003 (the “Effective Date”), between Net Express, Inc. d/b/a Advent Telecom (“Advent”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Michigan, with offices at 42850 Garfield, Suite 102, Clinton Township, MI 48038 and Verizon North Inc. and Contel of the South, Inc., d/b/a Verizon North Systems (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin with offices at 100 Executive Drive, Marion, OH 43302 (Verizon and Advent may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
