This Agreement is entered into as of July 1, 2010, by Local 199 of SEIU Local 503/OPEU, hereinafter referred to as the "Union," and the City of Tigard, hereinafter referred to as the "City," for the purposes of collective bargaining. It is the purpose of this document to set forth the full Agreement between the above-mentioned parties on matters relating to employment relations.
