THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT to contract for engineering services is made by and between the State of Texas acting by and through the Texas Department of Transportation, (the State), and Alliance- Texas Engineering Company dba Alliance Transportation Group, Inc. (the Engineer), and becomes effective when fully executed by both parties.
