This Medicare Advantage and Medicare Prescription Drug Products (hereinafter “Medicare Products”) Broker Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made by and between BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee*, Inc., a Tennessee not-for-profit corporation and any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or affiliates selling Medicare Products (hereinafter referred to as “BCBST”), and the Broker listed on the signature page of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Broker”).
