This agreement is made and entered into between Advance Paving and Construction, LLC, a limited liability corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Utah, with its principal office located in Ogden, Utah, (“Contractor”) and Weber County, a body politic and political subdivision of the State of Utah (“Owner”) and the Weber County Library Board.
