This Agreement is made and entered into this 22nd day of May, 2025, by and between the City of Palm Desert, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business at 73-510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, California 92260-2578, (“City”) and American Asphalt South, Inc., an S Corporation, with its principal place of business at 2990 Myers Street, Riverside, CA 92503. ("Contractor").
