The terms and conditions in this Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) will govern and take precedence over any other Agreement by and between Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, The School of Social Work located at 360 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Newark, New Jersey 07102 (“Partner”) and THE NEWARK BOARD OF EDUCATION (the “Board”) located at 765 Broad Street, Newark, NJ 07102.
