(All aforementioned parties collectively referred to as “Licensees”) and South Baltimore Improvement Committee, Inc., dba South Baltimore Neighborhood Association (“SBNA” or “community”), P.O. Box 6474, Baltimore, MD 21230, a nonprofit community association within the boundaries (Cross Street to the north, Light Street to the east, McComas Street to the south, and Race Street to the west) of which Social Pub and Pie is located.
