This Amended Superintendent Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) amends the Superintendent Employment Agreement dated June 24, 2022, and the August 17, 2023, Amendment thereto. This Agreement is made this twenty-fourth day of September 2024 by and between the Governing Board of the Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District (“District” or “Board”) and Bill W.
