This Internet Services Agreement is entered into as of the first date listed above by and between Board of Education of the Rockford Public Schools, District No. 205, Winnebago and Boone Counties, Illinois (“Customer”) and Unite Private Networks-Illinois, LLC (“UPN”). The Customer and UPN may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” or together as the “Parties.”
