This End User License Agreement (EULA) between the Buyer and Swiss Typefaces Sàrl (“Swiss Typefaces”) governs the use of the Font Soffware and the Typeface. By purchasing, downloading, installing or using the Font Soffware, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
