This Settlement Agreement (“Settlement” or “Agreement”)1 is entered between Plaintiff, Adelaida Cucuta, individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (as defined below), and FloridaCentral Credit Union (“FloridaCentral” or “Defendant”). The Settlement Agreement is subject to Court approval and is intended by the Settling Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims (as defined below), upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof. The Parties hereby agree to the following terms in full settlement of the Action, subject to a Final Approval Order entered by the Court.
