This Energy Savings Performance Contract (together with its attached Schedules and Exhibits, the “Contract”) is made and entered into as of 8 May 2024 (the “Effective Date”), between Willdan Energy Solutions, a California corporation with California state contractor’s license number 1065713 (“WES”), and City of Half Moon Bay (“Customer”). Each of WES and Customer may be referred to in this Contract as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
