THIS LAND ACQUISITION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date (defined below) by and between the County of San Miguel, State of Colorado, acting by and through its Board of County Commissioners (“Transferor”), and Norwood Homes, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Builder”). The “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall mean the latest date on which either party executes this Agreement as indicated by the dates set forth below the parties’ signatures.
