This Agreement is made effective as of the day of 2025, by and between Troy Cablevision, Inc. d/b/a C Spire, with offices at 1006 S. Brundidge St., Troy, Alabama 36081 (“C Spire”) and , offices at (“Seller”). C Spire and Seller are sometimes referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
