THIS AGREEMENT, is hereby made and effective the date of the last (latest) signature set forth below, by and between the County of King George hereinafter referred to as the LOCALITY and the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the DEPARTMENT. The DEPARTMENT and the LOCALITY are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
