THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into by and between Helena Chemical Company, 5901 Cornhusker Hwy, Lincoln, NE 68507, hereinafter called “Contractor”, and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, and the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, and the Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission hereinafter called the “Owners”.
