This Service Agreement to Participate in the ISAC HIPAA Program (the “Agreement”), effective as of July 1, 2025 (the “Effective Date”) is hereby entered into by and amongst (known as the “County”) and the Iowa State Association of Counties (“ISAC”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”) to set forth the terms and conditions under which the County will become a participant in the ISAC HIPAA Program (the “HIPAA Program”).
