On March 28th, the management contract between Arrowhead and Eastern Gardens was signed by President Chuck Miller and Joe Mohammed Sr. This is the first contract negotiated and signed by EG in over 40 years. It took a good amount of diligence by the board to execute a contract that represented the needs of a housing cooperative. Both parties are very happy with the final result.
