This Amendment (“Amendment”), effective upon execution by all Parties, to the Liquefied Petroleum (LP) Gas Contract No. 15111510-19-01 (“Contract”), is made by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”), and Suburban Propane, L.P. (“Contractor”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Contract unless otherwise defined herein.
