options to extend: The Lease may be renewed for additional terms of one (1) year on the terms set forth in this Lease unless either party provides the other party with a notice of termination at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the lease term. There shall be no more than three (3) automatic renewals. In the event this lease is automatically renewed the rental payment shall increase by 3% from the previous year’s rent.
