This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective upon final execution of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Texas A&M University System (hereafter referred to as “TAMUS”), an agency of the state of Texas, and Scantron Corporation (hereafter referred to as “PROVIDER”). TAMUS and PROVIDER are sometimes hereafter referred to as “Party” individually or “Parties” collectively).
